I know some don't give a shit about BiS. Playing around the gear calc I came up with these ones.
Feel free to give feedback. When making them, I kept in mind what I know about each job and stat weights surrounding them.
For Accuracy, I speculate it will be 20 more accuracy for T13. That was the trend from BCoB to SCoB. IE: Turn 5 DPS 472 > Turn 9 491. I assume Accuracy will be in the 51x to 520 mark for DPS and 535+ for tanks.
They were calculated with Seeker of the Sun as race.
TANKS To my understanding, parry is kind of useless, so My build around this mindset, was to maximize Det > Crit > SS for the tanks.
Paladin Main Stat - Acc - Crit - Det - SS - Vit - Par 475/505-548 - 524 - 318 -376-738/708 -404 http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/O5S2
Warrior Main Stat - Acc - Crit - Det - SS - Vit - Par 486/506 548 - 485 - 337 -361-738/708-431 http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/O5RV
DPS
Monk For Monk, for my understanding, you need to be able to hit a minimum of 380 Skillspeed to utilize 5 skills during a perfect balance opener.
Dragoon I believe Dragoons main objective is to hit as hard as they can. I focused all I could to Determination, followed by crit and lastly Skillspeed.
Ninja For what I have experimented and seen for Ninja, Ninja seems to be a job that has the gear and skills to reach a high amount of critical as well as somewhat with skill speed, skill potencies make use of high determination apparently. So this is what I came up with, it might be right or wrong, don't take it for granted until more testing appears.
Bard This was a no- brainer to me. But the usual, Try to have at least 30% minimum critical rate, with the new gear this is achieved easily, up to potentially 34%. Determination has to go high since it relies on Dexterity, the more Dex you have, more det is more beneficial to a point it really is noticeable.
Summoner Summoner is not affected at all by Spellspeed, the DoT tick depends on the server timer instead of any character attributes, hence making the option pretty easy, acc/crit gear takes priority over crit/ss or det/ss gear.
Black Mage To me, this patch looks like black mage is back to Spellspeed, most gear just gives absurds amounts of Spellspeed and crit for black mage, so the best was to exploit that.
Again, these are just how I believe each job benefits more, If I had more time I could probably* find a way to increase crit or det by 1 or 2 points, but this is as far what I believe to be most beneficial or at least what some consider "Bis".
